While you are at work, or out and about, and your bladder signals to you that you need to use the restroom. If you have to go you have to go.
We were out at the mall when I felt the stall call urge. So I took care of my issues and went to the bathroom.

Similar to the I'm not gay seat in movie theaters or the I'm not gay urinal.

I just got back from the bathroom, the empty stall between me and the guy who came in after me was the Larry Craig stall.
There were only 3 stalls and the 2 end ones were occupied, so I had to use the Larry Craig stall.

Also known as the two urinal rule. In a mens' bathroom with a row of urinals, whenever someone is using a urinal, the next man to come in and use a urinal will go at least 2 stalls down (ie, you are at stall zero, the one beside you is stall one, the next one is stall two). Whenever someone violates the two stall rule, the person who is violated feels uncomfortable, even if it is the violator's best friend.
Sinks count as stalls as well.
