A "tony" is used to refer to a hot chick or a dime piece. Now there are multiple ways to describe tonies, whether it be that she is a "quarter tone" (you ain't sure if it's truly worth it but maybe if you were drunk and she was dressed up) "half a tone" (she's alright) "potential tone" (if she were to dress up then you'd have sex with her) a "capital T" (a 9 or 10) or "certified tony (CT)" (a mother fucking dime piece.) All are used to rate women. Don't like the word? Well use it yourself amongst your friends and colleagues and see what I mean. You'll be able to talk about chicks right in front of their faces without giving away what you all are truly discussing. It's becoming an epidemic, so start using it before women find out what we're ALL talking about.

In a business context it is a term for a useless overpaid contractor or consultant on a huge wage but has the brain of a Jack Russell that was the runt of the litter and has since been in several brain injuring accident and is on viagra. The type of person you assume would only exist as a lazy, poorly defined character in a book about stock trading in the 80's. Out of the office Tony's (collective) tend to get drunk and go to strip clubs before getting a lady of the night to hug them while they cry themselves to sleep in their hotel room.

Is the biggest fake friend you can ask for and has no one but his parents to fall back on. Spoiled out of his mind and thinks he is the coolest thing ever. Can not get any girls to save his life and has no true friends. A loner and a lier to everyone. Can not save a penny and also is a kid who thinks he is tuff. He is one of the worst people to trust. Stay away from them kids cause they are too fake
