There is no such thing as a "mini bay'" There is only the Norhtern California, San Francsico Bay Area. Also known as the "Yay area", or the "Yay". It is the home to dope rappers like Mistah FAB, E-40, and Keak da Sneak. If any one says they are from a "mini bay" slap them in they face because they are a Pussy Bitch.
