Bring it back in town

A phrase that mexicans or mexican americans use that basically means to show people their best. It was derived from when poor mexicans used to go to America and work in low paying jobs. Then they would come back home to their poor little towns and brag about their earnings and they would say, "lo trajimos al pueblo" which means bring it back in town. Now it is used when Mexicans or Mexican Americans are about to show off their dance moves, when they are about to freestyle a rap, when they are succesful and they come back to show off to their family, when their about to kick some ass at a sporting event such as a soccer game, etc.

Eduardo: Yo fool, we got the hottest dance moves.
Felipe: Alright homie, lets BRING IT BACK IN TOWN.
Eduardo: Lets do it fucker.

Bring Me The Horizon

in my opinion, BMTH is a pretty fuckin sick metalcore band. my favorite song to listen to and bang along to would have to be Diamonds Aren't Forever.

ignorant retards often put this band down because of their image. just like i said in my definition of glam metal, i dont give a shit about a band's image, just the quality of the music itself. metalcore as a whole is pretty freakin cool to listen to- the breakdowns are sick and the riffs are cool. i dont care what oli sykes looks like or how huge his fanbase is or how retarded teenyboppers claim to only like the band solely for him. i just dont care. because image doesnt make good music. youre either a great musician with good looks or youre justin bieber. now you tell me who's better.

now that i think about it, the same is true for, oh say, bret michaels (awesome lead singer of poison- this is coming from a straight 17 year old guy btw) where girls who grew up with poison loved them only for how hot bret michaels was. same could apply for any other hair band.

We will never sleep
'Cause sleeping's for the weak
No, we will never rest
'Till we're all fucking dead!

bring me the horizon

A scene band described by many mainstream websites, magazines, and reviewers on other media as deathcore. However, they are nothing more than the latest lucky bunch to be picked for extensive coverage, while others of their breed wallow underground (relatively).

Frontman Oli Sykes has recently been in hot bother for allegedly urinating on a female fan after a recent gig. He's the main USP (unique selling point, a business term for the main attraction of a product) of the band, because their fans don't talk about anyone else. Plus, his vocals sound like either a) a cross between Bullet For My Valentine's Matt Tuck and Cradle Of Filth's Dani Filth, or b) a knock-off of Arch Enemy's Angela Gossow. Which, in either case, is bad.

The lyrics are, though not obvious at first, about relationships, thereby placing Bring Me The Horizon in the same league as Bullet For My Valentine and Funeral For A Friend. The band themselves have been tagged to the "emo" movement, and have been critised by professional critics for being predictable and untalented; conversely, they have been popular with stereotypical 14-year-old scene kids who wear size zero jeans and arm socks and flourishing myspace accounts.

You know in some indie music circles like NME where, out of say 25 bands, a random band like The Twang or The Enemy is picked for media exposure and mainstream grooming? Well, the rock magazines like Kerrang! have picked Bring Me The Horizon in a similar fashion, placing Oli Sykes and his Toni&Guy-brand hair on posters and stickers, and overhyping all their releases, whether visual or audio.

Various joke names associated with this lot include "Bring Me The Hairspray", "Bring Me The Hair Extensions" or my invention "Bring Me The Hyperbole", which is inspired by their overexposure to mainstream audiences.

Bring Me The Horizon

A highly overrated British Deathcore band fronted by the arrogant Oli Sykes (best known for his 13 year old girl physique and habit of public urination). The band not only writes uninspired, often comical music, but performs such music poorly live. Never before has such a muddy live sound been combined with such sloppy musicianship.

Me: I just went to the Bring Me The Horizon/August Burns Red Show...

Chauncy: Oh yeah...I heard Bring Me The Horizon sucks live...

Me: They did...they sounded like complete ass....

Bringing a knife to a gunfight

1. The act of purposely or mistakenly bringing less than adequate weaponry to either a military conflict or a poorly organized hardcore show.

2. The process by which a cable router renews a DNS coordinate.

"Shit fool, that s.a. brought a knife to this gunfight, whereas I brought a gun. To this battle between guns primarily. If I were to rephrase this using the present participle, I would say that he is bringing a knife to a gunfight. What a dumbass."

"Abe Lincoln never brings knives to gunfights. That's pussy shit."

bring me the haircuts

the gay ass deathcore band loved by screamo/emo/scene people and they are from BARNSLEY not Sheffield, usually known as bring me the horizon, they're fucking shit and make a mockery of metal music and only popular because of mainly scene girls fancying Oli Sykes and wanting to be with the in crowd of scene core or boys wanting to be oli sykes and been cool/sexy. Without Oli Sykes they would just be another shit scene band. Drummers shit as well and guitarists finger tap out of time and bassist is practically non existent, may as well be a third guitarist

all known scene children liking bring me the haircuts
