The Californian diet: Consists of going on the sesh 5-7 days a week and getting off your bonce on cocaine in conjunction with going to the local gym to take selfies in the mirror getting in the way of the people who, stupidly, spend their days actually exercising, while uploading them onto Instagram with inspirational posts.

A weight loss plan for the female morbidly obese in which the participant becomes pregnant and loses the pounds since she is now eating an exorbitant amount for two instead of one. Then at the end of 9 months, the participant tops it off by "birthing away" any remaining undesirable weight.
Did you hear about Jennifer? She was on that show I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant because she was so fat she didn't notice there was a baby in her. Ironically, she ended up losing a lot of weight.
