Gumba Lump

The fatty tissue at the top of the shoulders/base of the neck, usaually seen on your Gumba. This is where the extra pasta is stored. Many times there will be no neck to speak of just a large lump reaching the back of the skull. It wrinkles and jiggles with hand and facial expressions.

Spyder Lumps

A disease worse than measles, mumps, and rubella. If a member of your Oregon Trail team contracts spyder lumps, its game the fuck over. Forget trying to forge a river or go hunting for deer, spyder lumps shows no mercy. There is no known vaccine but some say there is a cure to be found in a library off of decatur street in Philidelphia.
