The phrase was popularized after the Utah Department of Transportation changed multiple digital highway road signs to read, "Hey teens buckling up is totes yeet yo" as part of a safety campaign for Teen Driver Safety Week in 2019.

When someone stutters or stumbles their words while talking usually resulting in an awkward silence or pause. Can also be applied when someone trips up or spills something.

"Yo quiero" is simple Spanish for "I want." This is often used for many reasons like wanting something or wanting to do something.
If you want to use "Yo quiero," you could say "Yo quiero una hamburguesa." This means "I want a hamburger."
The slightly-disgusted/irritated verbal "I'm over here" (Goobah-brain/Numb-nutz optional) attention-getter that you call to a seemingly-tunnel-visioned visitor who has obliviously walked right past you on his way to knock on the front door of your house, never noticing that you were sortin' fasteners or paintin' up buoys in da tool-shed less than twenty feet away.
