A word used in british slang, used to say how tough someone is

When I speak about hard, I don't talk in a sexual terminology. This kind of hard emerged from Basic Training where it mirrors Petty Officer Nasty where one carpetbags recruits with degrading explicit insults.
UK - Adjective: Slang for someone (usually a teenager or adult) who thinks they're cool, popular, and better than most people. Mainly used in a sarcastic setting.
Sometimes spoken as " 'ard " due to accent.
