Originating in a Southern European village at the foot of the Alps in the early 2000's it's use was initially inted to define the distance of things, and the unwillingness one had to physically reach for them.
Soon this term turned into a way to describe anything that was outside the reach of their will power, understanding, physical reach, motivational reach et al.

So expensive it's gross. almost bought a 40$ cami there whe u can get the same 1 sum where way cooler 4 10 bucks. It's crazy. And their commericals saying "its a girls world" they have lil ponies w/ em dancing like freaks! Even if they paid me 1,000 bucks i wouldn't be in their magazine.

"Too hard" is something said by people who want to disguise the fact that they suck too much and make themselves feel justified in their mediocrity which cripples their minds and ensures that another generation of parasites walk the Earth. It's much easier than learning new skills, applying elbow grease, and doing other practical things to approach challenges in life.
It's not too hard; you're not good enough.
