A little bastard who steal anything they get their hands on. When they write they create bastard setences with their little rat hands and make them everyone elses problem. Prolly has good grades though. Theyre just really dumb.

Often referred to as Mullet Rat, a Rat is someone who is between 14-17 years old who has a mullet. Typically Rats have lots of girlfriends as it's their instinct to try and reproduce. Rats usually live in a shit house and have divorced parents.
