Sup Muff? is a phrase that can be used in a variety of ways. It can be used to express pleasure, pain, confusion, elation, sadness, and a wide range of emotions. The phrase is typical among High School students in the south east Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey area.
Examples:
1) JMIRA: Sup Muff? What's up?
2) DR: Oh! Sup Muff! Oh! Shit!
3) SCHAFLE: SUP MUFF!!! FUCK
A phrase you say to be indicative of a flirtatious vibe between two people or outright expose a developing couple for the relationship that they share.
David and Daniel are hanging out having a conversation.
Vicky suddenly shows up and approaches them two.
Vicky gives Daniel a hug and starts flirting.
David: Sup tho Daniel. Sup tho Vicky. *Laughs*
Daniel and Vicky: *Clueless to what David just said*
Used to say "What's up?" created by Three B in 2006. Response is "Super Sick Wit It"

Used to initiate conversation with your close friends. Usually followed by "BITCH" or something of the likes, it is a very useable phrase.
BOB: Sup, yo? Bitch? Wat up nigga?
FRED: Call me Bitch again and i'll break ur face!
A question to be yelled out car windows at passing girls on the street in an attempt to irritate and/or insult them. May be used as a drive by insult.
Guy in car: "SUP CUNT?"
Girl on street: "What an asshole..."
When you and someone else are in an argument, and the other person says they are better than you (scored more goals in a game, got a better grade, etc.) and you tell them you got the better grade or what not, adding on the end, "sup dude?" in a nonchalant manner, just to rub it in.
Jake- "Hey man, how'd you do on the test last week?"
Mike- "I got a 95, how'd you do?"
Jake- "I got a 98, sup dude?"
