It depicts a photo of a smiling black man without a nose, supposedly named "Jamal" with the text "You have been Jamaled, Jamal someone else or you will get bad luck for 5 years." This is a joke used to trick young children on Twitter to share it to their friends. This joke was possibly created by a racist white person.
