A girl who spends an unhealthy amount of time in front of the camera, be it webcam, digi cam, or camera phone. She usually talks on webcam to her e-friends, and has wish lists from which horny old men can buy her things. Hence, the whore part. The webcam is usually of poor quality so as not to show how truly ugly she is.
