Covfefe: (conjugation of "covet" and "fife", as in "one who envies" is "blowing hot air") originally used by the youth of the ton in Georgian-Victorian England as a disparaging reference to the members of the lower classes who strove to break the barriers of social hierarchy by adopting cheap furnishings that belittled the substantial value of the authentic trimmings donned by the wealthy.
Revived in 2017 by POTUS Donald Trump as a general synonym to elitism and condescension.

A deliberate misspelling of coverage.
Tweeted by Trump on around the time an explosion in Kabul, Afghanistan killed least 90 and left at least 400 injured. The tweet pokes fun at the lack of coverage their death would have, and celebrates the destruction of Muslim lives.
Much of the internet decided to join him in this celebration by circulating this word.
"Covfefe" is white supremacist slang for "I agree with Trump's view on how little Muslim lives matter."
