This is when a female calls a guy over to come over her place to have sex even especially late at night and giving them the wrong address. When a local law enforcement unit conducts a long term investigation, and a federal agent slowly inserts themselves towards the end of this investigations just to be part of the raid that arrests the target so they can get credit and look like the hero at the press conference.
