A poopie Chim is a monkey native to the tropical forests of Vietnam. There are rumors of American soldiers getting raped during the Vietnamese war. The rocket itself would be defective and then the monkeys would get the soldiers by surprise. Buying enough time for the Northern Vietnamese to invade American compounds.
