Scam is an act of not doing the thing that you were supposed to after you got paid for it; For example, DRM Shinigami was a famous Persian Valorant streamer on twitch who asked for $1,000,000 to stream 12 hours of radiant rank gameplay but he stopped streaming by the time he got around $980,000.

A very shady and disrespectful thing. Usually involves convincing someone into paying or giving account details.
