a scene kid is a boy or girl who is always at "the scene". the scene being a concert or show of some kind. typically seen wearing chucks or board shoes. dirt gives shoes character for them. the boys usually wear girl pants, side ways or backward belts, band shirts that hardly fit, side parts, more than one color in their hair, most have gauges, and piercings in more than one place. the girls usually boy pants(sometimes girl pants), sideways or backward belts, band shirts, side parts, more than one color in their hair, some have gauges, and piercings in more than one place. most all have that choppy hair cuts.
they typically say: "whatev" and "saweet" they call people that are their age and older, "kid" most of the time.

clothing:boy:neon shirts, bend tees, or animal print shirts and straight leg jeans, can be tight or not but can ABSOLUTLEY can not be loose or baggy or you are not scene at all
girl:neon everything mostly and animal print, neon colored tights/fishnets lots of hello kitty and kiddy cartoon clothing
shoes:both:converse chuck taylors or combat boots
makeup:boys:usually none but a handful og them wear eyeliner and/or black nails
girl:loads of eyeliner and neon eyeshadow, lipstick, and black and neon colored (alternated)nails
piercings:both:eyebrows, lip, nose, ears, and/or kneecaps
music:indie, emo, techno, screamo, goth rock, powerpop, and metal and occasionally a rap song
words:hard core, rawr, omgzzz, heyzeez, retardface
hair:boys:usually black or blond w/ a color streak stick straight in any style as long as it's shaggy and covoring at least one eye
girl:usually 2 different lengths and three or more colors
misc:scene kids usually like putting a scry twist on cute things like hello kitty, likes bats, zombiez , and vampires scene kids shop at most ly hot topic but they do shop at prep stores but only on sales or clearance racks and never any where else and usually have really expensive cell phones and purses and are very positive, happy and fun to be around and are usually straight edge (no cussing, drinking, smmoking, drugs, sex before marriage, and are Christian)

People who have next-to-none individuality, and i mean this.
I tried the scene/emo thing and i just cut it out as i discovered there is no possible way to have your own style.
This is because every hair-style, fashion accesory and clothes idea is taken from somebody else and then it is used by some other person afterwards.
And the worst thing is they also complain about that, like it was their idea.
This article is getting a little bit aimless now, so just to conclude....
Being Scene and having your own individual style is virtually impossible.
Case Closed...
KiKi Kannibal's 'coon' tails were probably supposed to be original to her, but then they became a fashion fad and got used by so many scene kids...the originality just went.

A "Scene Kid" is like any other trend or style, completely self-righteous and self-adoring. As far as to the actual trend, scene kids fashion and music choice is various in type. It is common for the "scene kids" to take a trend or genre and twist it or make it "br00tal". So scene doesn't come down to a singularity but more of a collective, as it is actually a center of a vast number of sub-trends.
Most people assume (including myself) that scene kids are rich faggots who have an elitist attitude, but in reality you will find that in any person in any genre or clique. The retarded people who live on Myspace, brag about how many shows they've been to, and how hot they are.. are everywhere! Whether you are a gangster, prep, punk, goth, or indie.. there will always be fags who think they are better. I like to refer to these people as Jews.
This brings me to my next point. Jews and Scene. Intertwined. You see it all coming together now?
We shouldn't be blaming "Scene Kids", they are just trendy kids having fun. We should be blaming the damn Jews! They are the ones with money, only allowing ones that are just like them in their inner circles. They are the ones who smirk at the other kids when a band "breaksdown" for Jesus. They hate mainstream because everyone hates them, they need a reason to hate everyone else. They say they are "hott" because they feel self-contentious about their nose jobs. Yea, they've been to all the shows... because they want to fit in. We have found the real coulprit and it lurks in every corner of the world. We must bring them down in any possible way, wether it be grinding on them during a windmill or acquiring a taste for Rammstein, we must strike!

Usually dress emo but don't listen to emo music, they listen to techno and stuff like that. Scene kid's usually come across as bitchy and always seem like they're looking down on you, but most of the time they are actually quite nice, they aren't gay and depressing like fucking emo's. And they don't slit their wrists to attract attention like emo's do. They're usually happy.
