A Charlie is a Vietcong soldier, with the name coming from the American soldiers referring to them as Victor-Charlie or just Charlie. To be specific, "Charlie" refers to any commie force in North Vietnam.
The meme associated with Charlies is that one of their war attacks was brutal guerrilla warfare, in which they would hang from or hide around trees/shrubs. Often times before they attacked they would speak to other soldiers hiding, giving signal to open fire. The meme comes from tense phrase "The trees speak in Vietnamese."

Charlie is a very smart guy who can make you intrested to be next to him. Is a very handsome guy with beautiful smile and never makes someone to feel sad. If this happens he could do everything to make that person again happy. He is brilliant at science and so creative. He has a strange character but never distract his mind for something or someone who he isnt interested. He can be friend so fast with anyone who is candid and makes him feel god. Charlie is a very open mind guy. He sees only his objectives and plans. He is very loyal and he colud a ver good partner. He is so dear and neve causes bad things
