Ate up is referring to somebody being:

1. High off of Drugs
2. Stupid
3. Drunk
4. Saying something stupid, but its funny as hell.

To have consumed something which makes you gurn. Most commonly MDMA or Cocaine.
I.e

"I love getting bares gurned up and listening to techno",
"He's not feeling very well, got gurned up last night"

snug it up

To wear one's Snuggie proudly and with attitude. (The Snuggie is a blanket with arm holes that allows unprecedented freedom of movement and gives the wearer instant style and class.)

Girl 1: Hey, what are you doing tonight?

Girl 2: Guurrrl you know I'm gonna snug it up tonight at the library.

up the fye

To pull your gun out on someone or something.

“That fuck boy was talking shit so I had to up the fye on his ass”
