A transgender male (truscum) who is so great that they deserve a noble title.

usually these men/guys are great supporters and adovates for the trans community, and they are helpful as well and battle bigots. Cis kings are called "cis kings" because they pass as cis gender men, although they are trans men.
Many of these trans bois do not like being trans and wish they were cisgender, but they deserve honor for being themselves.

There are many cis kings in the lgbtq / trans community, here are some examples:
a) Kalvin Garrah (youtuber)
b) Storm Ryan (youtuber)
c) Buck angel (model)
d) Ryan Cassata (hot ass mf musician)
e) Link Strummer (singer)
f) dominic ravina (hot ass male model)
g) AYDIAN DOWLING (omg my MCM)

and many more! (chase ross is NOT a cis king)

LGBT person 1: "we need some cis kings in our pride parade"

LGBT person 2: "oh i know we should invite storm Ryan! He's gay and trans and so hot! he looks cis and has helped the trans community in so many ways by making vids on YT!"

LGBT person 1: "ikr, he's such a good advocate, i feel bad for him that he cant be cis"
