When something has so much of something that you can't put it into words. Usually used when you want to describe a verb you already described, but you didn't describe it hard enough. Also used at the end of a sentence

If you didn't understand the first part of this, I'll rephrase it. It basically means you're impressed by someone for having so much of something.
