Which might be fun and or amusing in the first year however causes what seems like a severe dysfunctional services offering and stunts additional expected lifestyle requirements while crowding out personnel and private space.

Worse than the usual Wednesday "hump day", worse than a write-off day, a retard wrednesday is when you can't articulate words correctly (written and/or verbal), your brain feels like it took a vacation without you, and it's really, really hard to focus.
