"Phone Ring"
The definition of this term is actually completely black and white. Drake's words actually translate directly.
Hotline = Phone
Bling = Ring
One could state he is singing "I know when that cell phone ring, that can only mean one thing". It just so happens that in this song he is referring to a booty call as is affirmed by the mention of "late night when you need my love"
The term itself does NOT mean "booty call". Your hotline could bling any time of the day and it could be your boss or even your mother.
"Dude are you gonna answer that? I can hear your hotline blingin from the other room over and over"
"Nah man its my Lil sister, she's buggin me for a ride but I cbf right now"

Bling H2O is the inspiration of Kevin G. Boyd, Hollywood writer-producer. While working on various studio lots where image is of the utmost importance he noticed that you could tell a lot about a person by the bottled water they carried.
In Hollywood it seemed as if people flaunted their bottled water like it was part of their presentation. Whether the bottles had a cool shape or came from an exotic island, none truly made that defining statement. Bling H2O was fashioned to make that defining statement. The mission was to offer a product with an exquisite face to match exquisite taste. The product is strategically positioned to target the expanding super-luxury consumer market. Initially introduced to hand-selected athletes and actors, Bling H2O is now excitedly expanding itβs availability. Bling H2O has been featured at many recent celebrity events including the MTV Video Music Awards and televisionβs biggest event, The Emmys.

Any of the startup and shutdown sounds or chimes that software, computers, cell phones, etc make for no particular reason other than to announce their presence, as if to say "look at me!".
The windows startup sound is a particularly annoying piece of dingle-bling. The windows shutdown sound, however, is always a welcome heard dingle-bling. Especially on Friday afternoons.
An aggregate grouping or series of stylized printings, fonts, icons, emoticons, avatars, proverbs, etc., usually found at the end of an e-mail message uniquely identifying and personifying the sender.
An example would be when a e-mailer has his business card personal information following his signoff. Also included after the personal info might be a proverb or an avatar or funny picture that identifies the sender. All that superflous stuff added at the end of an email including smiley faces can be construed as E-Bling.
