The driver has final say if the passengers argue about whether or not the person calling "blitz" cancels out the other person's claim to shotgun in which it's a race, fight or contest to the claim of front seat, or if it is a reversal and the person calling blitz now gets to sit up front. Blitz's can be avoided by saying "Shotgun no Blitz."
