A type of person to only bath at night and not shower in morning and has very questionable personal hygiene.

A person who dodges soap. It's often associated with other unhygienic practices. It originates from the cartoon show "The Amazing World Of Gumball" on Cartoon Network.

Bob: Im a soap dodger...
Joe: ew.
“Headphone dodgers” are those who play music or videos out loud on public transport are part of a wider problem of anti-social behavior. They infuriate their fellow Tube, train and bus passengers by making calls on speakerphone and playing music and videos out loud.
Person X: Taking too much space on the subway, listening to the slop-hop (loud and distorted).
Person Y: "Ever heard of earbuds pal? These stinky clothed headphone dodgers are mucking up my morning commute".
A person today in Ireland who never emigrated in the time Ireland was a poor country with a Third World infrastructure i.e. prior to 1997.
