A Fuck Boy is a man who has been sentenced to prison time and becomes a female within the walls of the prison. The Real definition of a "Fuck Boy" has been distorted and lost through time. Everyone thinks it means being mean or an asshole type of person but in reality its a man who becomes a bitch in prison. That is why this is a very good name to call someone you hate. Its worst then being called an asshole.
The lowest of the low and the fakest pieces of shit you will ever meet. You see them wearing their khaki pants and their nike shirts with an "inspiration slogan" on it because he's "positive" and "deep". These guys don't fuck around when it comes to getting laid. They will do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get some of that V. Fuck boys are known to:
-Say "sup" and smile at every girl they meet.
-Ask to play 20 questions after a girl texts "What's up"
-Talk about sex and how they "gets some" every night
-Joke about sex
-Brag about their penis sizes

When a guy leads a girl on and doesn't care about her feelings and act like he uses a bunch of drugs when really he ain't shit.. Thinks he all that because he broke a girls heart, but when someone calls him out on it he gets pissed and say "I'm not a fuck boy" If you say that you most likely are one.
