Paki means pure. The word pure is not in anyway offensive as white uneducated people use it. The name Paki is similar to Paris, Sydney, India, Perth

Paki is a racial slur typically directed towards people of South Asian descent. However, it is used in a friendly manner amongst Pakistanis.
A misconception is you can use it if you are South Asian/Brown but unless you are Pakistani, you cannot.
