Red Green

(n.) Probably the best show on the CBC. As an American living near the Canadian border in Michigan, I love to watch the Red Green Show.

Sketch comedy and a very small plot. Every episode includes random sketches, Red's thoughts on being Middle-aged, and the antics of the members of Possum Lodge. Every episode also has a small plotline that is set on the main floor of the lodge. Red and Harold (his geeky nephew) and the other members get into trouble or other shenanigans. Before the show ends, the plot is somehow sorted out.

Red Green is also infamous for his use of Duct Tape on almost everything. On a sketch called "The Handyman Corner" Red rigs a device to do a very simple job using only duct tape and very old/outdated or useless items. (Most involve an old car)

The man's prayer: "I'm a man. I can change. If I have to. I guess."

Joe: "Man, did you watch Red Green?"
Martin: "Yeah, now I know another use for duct tape."

Red Green: Today on the Handyman Corner, we are going to turn this busted down car into a washing machine.

Red Velvet

Red Velvet are already K-pop’s most musically interesting girl group, and β€œBad Boy” solidifies them as one of the best in the game overall.

Red Kap

Red Kap is an American workware company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee that manufactures and distributes work-related clothing .

In 1923 two brothers and their cousin set up shop to sell bib overalls under a sign that read β€œHarlin Bros. & Williams.” This humble operation held fast to a few simple values β€” great service, comfort, and durability. So, business grew.

1939, the name was changed to Red Kap, after Red Cap Smoking Tobacco.
Inspired by Red Cap Smoking Tobacco, the company changes its name to Red Kap – offering a β€œbetter grade” of shirts.

By 1939, the family was selling affordable matched-set workwear and chambray shirts. Times were good. Until WWII when the country was thrown into turmoil. Red Kap stepped up to help the war effort β€” manufacturing gas mask carriers, combat fatigues, and field jackets. After the war, Red Kap teamed up with laundry services to supply fresh uniforms to all sorts of businesses. By 1960, Red Kap had solidified its place as a major player in the workwear industry.

Red Kap is kinda like Dickies but more

lightish red

The color pink, especially when worn by a man who doesn't want to admit he's actually wearing pink. Popularized by the machinima Red vs Blue, in which Pvt. Donut wears this color.

Donut: It's not pink, it's like a... a lightish red.
Grif: Guess what, they already have a color for lightish red. You know what it's called? Pink.
Donut: ...I hate you guys.

Grif: Donut, I understand the need to safeguard your masculinity, but realy man, it's a whole faster just to say pink.
