Means Retard but people don’t get mad at you for saying it cause they haven’t figured out it mean retard.
But unlike retard it only describes a person not an action. Theres no version of “retarded” with sped. And there’s no “a” before it, like instead of “you’re a retard” it’s “you’re sped”
