Doing a Dan means not have any work to do. Mostly used in the IT industry where "doing a Dan" means having an empty calendar and not much to do.
Greg: hey, what's your plan for today?
Milan: aah, I am quite busy, I have to do some plumbing, then lunch and might play some games.
Greg: You doing a Dan then, good on ya
