Saying gg (good game) in this sort of manner indicates a complete domination of an opponent.
It is only to be used in that specific situation. A very useful alternative to saying "we completely owned you guys."
Mostly seen in the gaming world.

"GG no re" is the most common abbreviation for "good game no rematch". This is most commonly said in video games. Saying this to someone is like telling them that they had no chance at defeating you.
