The goals of a meat minimalist are to reduce the detrimental effects of mass production of meat products on the environment, economy and human/animal health. In addition, meat minimalism helps support small, organic/all natural and sustainable farming practices.
I tried to be a vegetarian but I love many meat dishes; I'm now a meat minimalist and only eat meat once or twice a week. I always try and eat only meat from organic or naturally raised animals.
