Something that is not quite Chippewa is something unwanted in a particular, typically coercive, social setting. Something that is not politically correct and therefore stamped on by any means necessary, typically by someone who selflessly has taken it upon themselves to decide what's best for everyone else, and smiles as they do it. From a line spoken by Camp Chippewa director (Peter MacNicol) in the 1993 movie "Addams Family Values".

When someone with a small temper can't handle losing and is getting irratated gets all fired up and usually goes on a rant before quitting. Possibly to vent out pent up frustration from being an erectile dsyfunction disorder patient.
Rage Quitting Examples:

* Guy getting mad waiting at a drive thru during lunch hour

"Quite right, too" are some of the last words the Doctor ever said to Rose Tyler after she was sucked into an alternative universe in the episode "Doomsday" in the popular science fiction show "Doctor Who".
