Retard. A slur used towards mentally disabled people, nobody that isn’t mentally disabled shall use it as it’s very offensive and disrespectful.

Retard is an accent.
Not all have it but the way most are unable to pronounce words literatly correct, creates a way of talking that can only be described as an accent.
