A phrase that is used mainly in the Great Brook Valley section of Worcester Massachusetts which means Drug Bust or Worcester PD. It is usually only used in Great brook valley for the MOB Outlaw gang who traffics many drugs through the city. When yelled a Gang war is usually the result. If an outsider goes into Great Brook valley and yells it, they will most likely be shot.
WARNING:
Even if you don't yell 5 down in Great brook valley, you still should not go into it unless you have connections.

2) When a person that is a threat walks into the school, Lock Down will happen. Lock down is when everyone goes to the nearest classroom, if not in one, lock their doors and hide in a corner away from windows.

It is an amazing song, yet because of this, it's the Dashboard song that everyone knows, even if they don't listen to Dashboard at all...and then they think that they're huge fans. I think I speak for all true Dashboard fans when I ask these people to PLEASE listen to Dashboards older music...know their style, their history, and their lyrics before assuming that you "know" Dashboard Confessional.
