A phrase used by hillbillies on American talk shows like Ricki Lake. It literally translates from hillbillie to 'I admit I'm not as smart/sexy/sure about my gender as you, but please, try not to draw attention to it.'

Taken originally from when a cricketing batsmen get's hit on some part of his body by the cricket ball an d has an overwhelming desire to rub said body part because of intense pain... this can be expanded to all examples of softness

The fate of almost all definitions being posted on Urban Dictionary.

Is used by so-called editors who doesn't want a good definition to be published. Instead, he/she published his/her own lame & boring definition.

Mike: I just sent a definition about political term in Urban Dictionary, but got rejected
