A short nap that's needed when you've had too much to drink. These naps usually don't become necessary until you have reached your 30's.
She needed a rally nap before she could return to the party. After her rally nap, she was ready to party all over again.
An hour or two of wakefulness sandwiched by two periods of sleep. Most are wrongly worried when this happens; it was however the historical norm. The practice quietly died out with electric lighting.

When a giant douche kidnaps a joke in a real-time discussion, then posts it on Facebook for credit, all while simultaneously bragging about his ubber biceps and amazing salary
a potential Douche-napping example:
A old semi-douchey co-worker contacts you via IM. You decide to tell him a joke created by you and no other. He hijacks the joke and posts it on facebook as his own, while simultaneously talking to you about how cool he is!
Taking a long nap during the day, Making it difficult to fall asleep later that night.
- "I can't fall asleep, I have been tossing and turning for an hour"
-"Did you take a fools nap today?"
- "Yes"

A date in which you do nothing except chill or take a nap together. When parents spend time together while baby takes a nap.
Bob and I had a nap date when baby slept for 3-hours Sunday afternoon.

A nap with a lady in which the aforementioned female is sexy. Usually, some form of hanky-panky is involved. Sometimes, intercourse even occurs. Rarely is any actual sleep gotten. When "waking up" from a sexy nap, both people usually feel fresh and well-rested despite the lack of sleep.
I just had a great sexy nap with my girlfriend and am ready for a long night of studying.
"God I'm tired," says my friend. "Well you should try a sexy nap, those always give me a nice kick in my fanny," I reply.

Taking a gap year between high school and university, and spending all year being a couch potato.
