the word/phrase given to describe the obseen thoughts and/or beliefs people (given the general name Tom) often ponder about. It is used in place of an actual answer, as the questions and thoughts are generally retorical.

The ability to predict an opponents action apparently without the necessary information to do so. Possible by just having experience or extrapolating the little information that you do have.

Basically a very strong version of game sense or intuition. The term is mostly used during real time strategy games.
