beer meal

Replacing a meal with a beer or two.

Actually healthy and great way to lose weight while getting a nice pick me up if you happen to replace breakfast with a couple dark, rich and malty beer's.

Enough calories to not kick your 'survival mode' in and not enough to be able to store to fat as that energy is now going to be used for whatever your daily activities may entail.

"I had a beer meal for breakfast today, feel's great man."

"Hey I lost 20 pounds by replacing my lunch with a couple of beer's, gives you energy and makes you feel pretty good; also hydrating if you don't drink more than two!"

scratch meal

Quick meal thrown together with odd bits and bobs of food out of one’s fridge and cupboards (especially tinned).

“Sorry it’s only a scratch meal - I haven’t had time to cook properly?”

frankenstein meal

1.Meals that are formed from several other parts and pieces of other meals and leftovers.

2.Usually leftovers no one wanted to eat anyway that are re-served together in order to be called a real meal.

sibling 1: hey do you know what's for dinner tonight?

sibling 2: ya I think mom is making another Frankenstein meal again.

Emergency Meal

The meal you get at a restaurant you've never been to and you are unfamiliar with all of the menu items.

Waiter: "What can I get you?" Me: "Umm, chicken strips and fries." Waiter: "That's kind of a basic choice." Me: "Sorry, it's my emergency meal."

Hobo Mealing

The act of entering a local Wal-Mart and ordering popcorn chicken from the deli, then proceeding to not pay at the counter, and instead tour the store eating them. Taking a soda from the coolers and drinking is optional, but highly filling.
