A Scottie Sack is a Fast food bag that has a copious amounts of terrible food inside, a minimum of 4 items, typically from McDonald's, Taco Bell, Hardees/Carl's Jr. or Wendys. Intended for one person to consume over the course of many hours.
I picked up a Scottie Sack after work, You know Wendy's is lit with that 4 for 5$ Deal!
