Block Anxiety is a feel you get when you DM someone who you follow on social media and immediately expect to get blocked no matter how polite you act or how willing you are to leave them alone if they're not interested.

Prevention of someone else's ability to slack off. At work, if your computer is being repaired, but you are offered a loaner to continue to be productive, the IT guy 'slack blocked' you. If at home, you're significant other presents a reasonable request to do something, that prevents you from vegging.
