What occurs when the urban dictionary editors reject your too clever submission.
I submitted a very clever entry for "taking the fifth" but the urban dictionary editors schlock blocked me.
Oma Block You;
Originally meant to be said as the phrase "i'm going to block you"
Oma Block You is usually an error message sent by an easily offended female with high percentages of anger issues.

Usually said in anger or sarcasm.
Either that or the individual is just a dumb bitch.
