Memes are perilously-cultural components in Society. They are generally used to appertain with branches of the Population. They are chiefly addressed categorically to the budding minorities. They are commonly sympathetic and equate to present happenings. Many are functioned to admit corroborator's exultation or cordialness.

Taking something from the internet out of context in a way that makes it funny but still makes sense. Usually a picture but it can be anything: video, audio, a quote, a word, etc.

Generally speaking, it means something which widely spreads on the internet,something we can usually see on social medias like twitter or youtube.
Now it usually means some pictures or videos with strong communication that a majority of the netizens have already seen.
It is mainly popular in European and American countries. In fact,something similar can be found in many countries, such as “geng”or“梗”in China, Japanese cold jokes and so on.
