The blank, but critical thinking stare from a swindler trying to find an excuse, a way around a situation, or a reason not to kill you in order to escape a consentration camp. Made famous by Colonel Hogan (Bob Crane)in the famous late 60s show "Hogan's Heros."

To stare at someone in a way that shows Pure hate or detest. Usually makes the person being stared at very uncomfortable.
"I think I made her mad",
"Yeah she was totally giving you a hate glare."
The equivalent to a death stare, followed by a bitchy story and gossip. It is the stare from a woman that digs deep into your soul and hurts you on the inside. It causes one to think "What the fuck did i ever do to you?"
