What someone says to you when they understand where you are coming from, or they are impressed with you. Probably one of my favorite phrases to ever exist.

Examples:

Josh: Hey man. Do you think I should try and get her number. She is fiiiinnnnneee!

Mike: I see you Josh, I see you!

A more polite way to say "I don't care if I never see you again".

Billy: How'd your date with Jessica go?
Bob: It was horrible. We had nothing in common; talking to her felt like pulling teeth. I had to end it with the good ole "see you around".

Joe: How was your date with Amanda?
John: I thought it was going well, but she used the "see you around" on me at the end so I know I'll never see her again.
