3 stop rule

After a man finishes the other partner keeps sucking until he says stop three times. Do no stop after the first and second time only the third! This can graduate to being more that three but start with three and consult your partner.

3 Minute Rule

Simply put, this rule states that a person must listen to a conversation for 3 minutes before asking any questions. This allows the originators of the conversation to continue normally without having to reiterate points already covered and keeps the listener from looking like an idiot. It is invoked by the originators of a conversation should a third party ask a question which makes it clear that they haven't been listening.

Phil: So it turns out that tree in my backyard has a disease. We're gonna have to cut it down.

Jake: Oh yeah? That can get expensive.

Phil: Yeah, but I know a guy who knows a guy. College roommates. Now that I think about it, you've never met him. We should all get together and go bowling.

Jake: I love bowling. That reminds me-

Gary: Hey guys, what's up? Phil, did you ever find out about that tree?

Phil: 3 minute rule, Gary.

3-second rules

The rules made by poor persons. It means when you're temptin' to eat the food you've dropped on the floor, just in 3 seconds is okay. But as you know, it is proved that bacterias gather to that food just in 0.3 second quick.

My friend believed the 3-second rules and once ate the gummybear on the floor. He rekt out.

a rule stating that if you are more than 3 rivers away from the person you are dating then all faithfulness to your significant other is null and void. Synonymous with 50 mile rule.

Joe did not feel bad about cheating on his girlfriend because he knew he was covered under the 3 river rule.
