When the title of video or other publication is completely capitalized to lure you into watching or reading it just to be action-less and/or trash!
Erica’s vlogs on YouTube are ALL CAPS TRAPS! The content will never live up to the titles hype!
You don't need to go all internet all caps to get your point across. If your logic is sound your point stands on it's merits, not the volume of your voice.

When you're engaged in an online conversation with someone, but they're extremely stubborn, believes lies or misinformation so you basically have to yell the truth at them so that they would wake up, pay attention and get the point.

When one becomes so enraged that they shout at someone online through email, text, or social media by using all capital letters. Quite often overuse of exclamation points will accompany the text.
