From the Japanese word ๅพฎๅฆ (bimyou) : originally meaning delicate, sensitive, difficult; delicate (situation), etc, but now used as slang to imply that something that "sucks" or is "bad in an annoying way." Used mainly by people who speak both English and Japanese.
