According to local street artist, "BŒK THE BLUP" is the rallying cry of modern day patriots and police-enthusiasts. This slogan has been immortalized by the illegal street art of convicted rapist Mark "Urb" Urbanski in Tampa, FL, located outside the Tampa Police Department on Madison Street.
The mural has been praised for it's avant garde style, abstract impressionist influences, spelling and legibility, and it's third grade production value.
"You know the Black Lives Matter murals in Chicago, D.C., etc.?"
"Yeah?"
"The cops painted one in Tampa."
"Oh god, what does it say?"

"Oh, for a second I thought you said 'BŒK THE BLUF'."

"Everyone's saying Black Lives Matter these days. But what about police? It's time someone stood up and said BŒK THE BLUP."
A depraved sex act involving handcuffs, a billy club, and leather boots, often performed with one of the participants role playing as a cop. The sex act itself, which is too vulgar to describe in writing, exists entirely outside of mainstream sexuality or even fringe sexuality.
